I know that this is the biggest investment many families make in their young person's future. And I think you should make that with all that information you can get, and a campus visit is essential. We have a virtual campus visit that you can do. We have an in-person campus visit you can do. Visit Fridays occur almost year round on our campus. We recruit year round-- we even have tours in Spanish. We will meet you where you're at to make sure that you get all the information you need to be really confident in your college choice, and we believe we will rise to the top. Often the first question I get when I'm wearing a Graceland sweatshirt or T shirt at the airport or something like that is oh Graceland University, Elvis, and they think of Elvis Presley, the king of rock'n'roll, right? But actually Graceland was founded in 1895, long before he was born. When they came to this area, to look at it for a college. They commented on the graceful land, the rolling hills, that beautiful natural environment that we're surrounded by. I don't think I could have picked a better environment to nestle a college in for students to focus on themselves.
Once I became a student ambassador, last summer, I realized I wish I would have taken a tour. I wish I would have known more about it because giving tours to students, I've realized how much information I give out. And that's how much information I didn't know when I first was going into college. So it's definitely beneficial to take a visit.
