I think Graceland does a really good job of realizing where there's a need in terms of building our facilities. Resch, the Science Building, is pretty updated and pretty new. The science department works with donors to get new equipment, the latest versions of machine and technology so that we're able to be competitive later.
Thanks to the Shaw family foundation. We have amazing arts facilities, especially in the performing arts. We have the Carroll Hall, J.R. theater and a great auditorium. And we are so so fortunate to have those facilities, and be able to perform in those because that's what we're going to perform in, when we get out into the real world.
The facilities here at Graceland University-- I think are on the up and up. We'd have the Newcomb Student Union that just got redone. That's awesome. We're in the process of redoing our gymnasium, the Morton center, and that's where we host all of our indoor home events. Where we host our wrestling duels and our home basketball games with our new wrestling program. We also have the Boston Athletic Center that the baseball and softball teams use for their batting cages as well. So overall, from athletic standpoint, we're pretty proud of the facilities we've been able to provide.
The campus here at Graceland is pretty year round. Because just the architecture of our admin building is so cool and the different pathways The atmosphere here is so friendly. So in passing so many people like smile, do a head nod, wave say hi. You never really feel like you're alone even if you're walking alone outside.
