Well, the School of Business itself has major programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Sport Management, Agricultural Business. So all of those programs offer this cross disciplinary blend in any industry, it becomes a necessary piece to pull parts away from each of those things in order to be successful. And ultimately, in whatever industry, they decide to go into.
Graceland, we're privileged to have speakers who want to come to our classes and a alumni base that wants to help our students. So it's common for me to have alumni, help us with resumes, help us with interview process to bring that expertise to the classroom, and ask of our students to get that exposure with our alumni base. And other reputable speakers.
As relates to hands on things that I've done an enactus is an opportunity for students in the business department have come together to create projects that they go and showcase at different events. I think Graceland has placed a couple times in those different events, but it's just scholarly work done. And they create projects.
I think the best thing about the School of Business is you have your coursework, which I'm sure is similar to other universities, but then you had the ability to put that coursework to the test. Through unique projects, whether it be a group, project or individual. Whether it be as part of a club that is in conjunction with something that you've learned in class. If I'm involved and engaged in something where I'm taking what's in the textbook and applying it, I know upon graduation, I'm better at solving problems, because sometimes you don't always have the instructions and it's up to you to go and figure it out. At Graceland being able to build those skills, I think is absolutely invaluable.
